How do you override default rows by user?

Create a new template and modify it directly for all users.

Open the group and override rows for the new template, then attach it to the user.

Create or copy the f/s template containing the groups you want to override for certain users; open the group and override the rows that will appear for the new template; attach the new template to the user's profile (if this is a default template) &/or add it to the f/s preference list affecting this user.

To override default rows for a specific user in ClinDoc, you customize a template just for that user rather than changing the global one. Start by creating or copying the f/s template that includes the groups you want to adjust. Within that new template, open the relevant group and modify the rows so the user sees the exact set of rows you intend (you can hide, add, remove, or reorder rows as needed). Once the changes are saved, attach this new template to the user’s profile, or add it to the form’s preference list that governs that user. This approach preserves the original default template for everyone else while applying the override only to the chosen user.

Delete the existing template and create a new one.
